At Lindsey's Salon, I go out of my way to make sure my valued clients have the best experience possible, from the minute they enter the doors to the moment they leave the Hair Salon. 1. Arriving late?
Although we all have things come up, it's important to value each others time. If you'll be more than 5-10 mins late for your appointment, it may result in rescheduling your appointment and therefore a cancellation fee. This keeps the day running smoothly for everyone.
2. Late Cancellations and No-Show
Booking an appointment insures you a day and time for "you" time. Taking this spot also prevents someone else from booking an appointment. ***Lindsey's Salon REQUIRES 24 hours notice to reschedule/cancel an appointment without charge. ***IF LESS THAN 24 HOURS NOTICE IS GIVEN, a 50% service charge will be incurred, and payment will be due before your next scheduled appointment.
3. Only Service Animals are allowed in the salon
4. Please be advised, its your responsibility to inform your stylist if you have any medical conditions or allergies before your service.
